Precioso lugar para hospedarse en Holbox cerca de la playa. Muy limpio, casi nuevo y con AC y cocineta.

Super Preis/Leistungsverhältnis. Fußweg zum Strand 3 Minuten und zum Ortskern 5 bis 10 Minuten. Wir sind super glücklich, dass wir diese Preiswerte Unterkunft gewählt haben, da auch Holbox von viel Seegras heim gesucht wurde und auch viele der viel zu teuren Strandhotels nicht Herr der Lage wurden. So konnten wir morgens, ohne schlechtes Gewissen, einfach den Strand mit den besten Verhältnissen aufsuchen. Die Unterkunft selbst ist geräumig, hell und sauber. Hohe Decken, ein Klimaanlage und ein schöner Innenhof machen das ganze sehr wohnlich. Betten sind etwas kurz für sehr große Menschen, aber das ist in Süd- und Mittelamerika halt einfach so ;-)

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt im Casa Mar. Die Lage ist ruhig aber nah am Strand. Die belebtere Gegend ist in wenigen Gehminuten über den Strand zu erreichen.

Maravilloso lugar para descansar, departamentos muy frescos y cómodos, muy cerca de la playa y del centro de Holbox. Minerva y Gaby siempre al pendiente de todo. Volveremos!

Fijne studios te huur. Rustige locatie net buiten het drukke centrum en op een paar min loopafstand van het mooie strand en zijn strandtenten

This place is incredible! Kelli is really nice and helpful, the rooms are so great, my wife and I love this place, really comfortable, we love this amazing spot!

I was mesmerized all the time with Casa Mar. First of all, Kelli, the owner, I never met her in person, but it felt as if I did. The communication with her was smooth all the time, via app her responses were immediate. Tips regarding what to do in the island from fancy to low key. AMAZING! Second of all, Minerva and Gaby, staff in charge of Casa Mar, I really loved those two ladies. Minerva lives in the premises and takes cares of Casa Mar as well as any guests’s needs. Minerva is always available but not from 10-1. Minerva also is in charge of bike rentals and makes amazing breakfasts and lunches if she is advised in advance (1 day prior). Gaby is the one in charge of the cleanliness of Casa Mar. Gaby is just the most adorable person and does an outstanding job!!! My room was MAR, just the first one on the main level. Spacious, equipped with everything you need, appliances such as coffee maker, pots and pans, cutlery, microwave, fridge. Washroom and bedroom were HUGE and impecable. Organic soap and shampoo are also provided as well as full set of towels. I didn’t hear any noises during my stay only those from the nature so it’s the perfect location to disconnect, resta and relax. I also never cared about the poor water pressure in the shower...not a problem for me...had all the time to shower at my own pace tho. Casa Mar is just one block away from the beach and maybe 10-min walking to the city centre. Can’t wait to come back to Holbox and stay at Casa Mar again.

The best part of Casa Mar is the location, really short walk to town/restaurants and bars and and even shorter walk to the beach. The grounds are nice, set in tropical foliage. The rooms are basic though, no frills whatsoever; but if you plan on spending most of your day outside then it works for those needs.
