Continuamos con lo básico...... éste ceviche de atún fué tomado de una receta peruana que me enseñó un amigo y modificada con ingredientes locales. Logramos escalarlo y ha tenido tanto éxito que de ser un especial, ya se integró a nuestra carta como platillo indiscutible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cene en un evento, el lugar es muy cómodo,muy elegante, los meseros son muy amables, al pendiente de todas las necesidades, la comida riquísima ,buena cantidad,incluso para compartir, limpio ,con medidas sanitarias por covid, lo recomiendo mucho y volvere pronto.
 Dine at an event, the place is very comfortable, very elegant, the waiters are very friendly, attentive to all needs, delicious food, good quantity, even to share, clean, with sanitary measures for covid, I highly recommend it and I will be back soon.
