The property is incredible and the location is fantastic. Perfect for a big group of friends or family. The service was top notch and it was nice having a chef preparing food for us when needed.

You can’t beat the location of this property, it is a 5 min drive from everything you might need and its in one of the safest areas in Tulum which is Aldea Zama. My favorite part of the house (which tends to be my least favorite part of airbnbs to be honest..) are the mattresses, they are heavenly! And that every room has their own bathroom and great closet space. It is also worth mentioning that the AC and WiFi work great and we had no issues. I love Tulum and will definitely be staying here again next time.

Would never recommend this host and Casa Sieva! So as if it wasn’t BAD enough that they kept 50% of our money during a global pandemic knowing of our circumstances with having healthcare workers fighting Covid 19! They weren’t flexible at all and refused to compromise a different date with same rates! They blocked me from their Airbnb listing so I can’t even see it or review my experience?! You should be ashamed of yourself...I will never recommend your location! Super strict unrealistic cancellation policy even with 60 day notice they will keep your money they don’t care that a global pandemic is occurring and that your a healthcare worker.

I really wanted to like this place. I was looking forward to it for MONTHS, did my read watch and homework read all the reviews, looked at all the pictures. I’ll start with the good. Check in process was great, victor our concierge was really nice and checked us in seamlessly, showed us the property and booked our excursion for us. It’s conveniently located in between the beach and the town of Tulum. The development it’s located in is nice and upcoming all new condos. Nice for a bike ride. We took advantage of the chef service, because it was a group of us and getting everyone to agree on the same restaurant for every meal; let’s be serious. Breakfast was fine, normal nothing to rave about, the convenience is what I loved. The chefs were very nice but 90% of the time were missing items to make what we pre ordered 2 weeks before. Now the negatives. The pictures are deceiving so beware. The house is what it is. A villa that is gorgeous. However, it is RUN DOWN. The kitchen is barely stocked with enough cutlery/plates/cups to accommodate its guest. The chairs outside were dingy and not cleaned. There was rust on the walls outside near the pool. Inside the kitchen is not maintained/clean the sponge provided to clean dishes is probably 2 years old. The drawers that held Curley had crumbs and were super dirty. The walls had stains, the house needs to be painted bad. Bathrooms are gross, corners of showers have black stuff. Not sure what it is. Linens are very old and need to be replace. Needless to say that they need to do a overhaul on the maintenance and cleaning. And the “cleaning service” that comes everyday. All she did was clean up the breakfast stuff and makes beds. The floors were FILTHY. I couldn’t walk around without my shoes on because it was just dirt on my feet. Also, power went out on us like 3 times. Not sure if it’s just a jungle thing or if it’s just the property.
