We sat at the table for over 20 minutes and not one person helped us, even after telling multiple employees we still have not been helped. There was another group that sat next to us and they were helped within 5 minutes of sitting. We ended up walking out without being served.

We mentioned to 3 different staff that we had not seen a server yet and each time, the staff said "ah ok" and didn't do anything about it. We were blatantly ignored and left after 20 minutes of no service. Terrible.

J	Jennifer Cole on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hospitality here was delightful. The owners were so nice. The rooms were comfortable, the showers were hot and the AC was cold. Just a 2 minute walk from the main strip in Tulum. I would 100% stay here again in Tulum.

The hotel is right by lots of bars, stores and restaurants in the main strip but just far enough away to avoid (some of) the noise. There is not much atmosphere in the hotel. I read on booking.com that the wifi here was good, which was one of the reasons I picked it as I had an important job interview one morning. It was terrible. It hardly works in the room and is only a little bit better by reception. In my 45 minute interview, I was disconnected four times, even when I moved to sit by reception which was awkward as other people could then hear me - you can hear people talking outside of your room quite clearly. Also this wasn't ideal as I wanted privacy and was told to go to the reception area for better wifi.
G	Gaulard Pauline on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perfect, the room was according to the description and pictures, there is even a little rooftop that is nice to enjoy (not well equipped but enough to bring your towel and just sunbathe/enjoy the sunset on Tulum). The big plus is definitely the hosts who are always here to help and answer questions !!!!
A	Andrea Miskovicova on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place, we really enjoyed our stay there. Rooms are big, wifi is more or less working, there is also AC in the room. In the morning coffee and biscuits are provided. The staff is very nice and helpful. You can easily park in the street, usually there are places just in front of the hotel. The only problem in our case was the hot water. We stayed 5 nights and had hot water only one night. It is not extremely cold, still possible to shower but would have been nice to have hot water the whole time. However I really enjoyed my stay there and would be happy to come back!
