Por lo demás la atención ha sido excelente, estaba super limpio, todo está nuevo y funciona perfectamente. Para mi gusto he pasado unos dias estupendos en el centro de Cancun. ?
Perfectly equipped. I have only missed kitchen towels and extractor hood.
Otherwise the attention has been excellent, it was super clean, everything is new and works perfectly. For my taste I have spent some great days in downtown Cancun. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When we arrive there was a lot of ants in the room. We were worried if they were dangerous ants, but they are only carpenter ants. But we understand there was a lot because of the rot. After 2 days it's start rainning.. there was water Everywhere on the floor in the room, and on the couach in the kitchen. Sometimes the water fall in the bed too. We ask them to change the room, they didn't. They came to fix the roof, but that didn't change the water running more and more everywhere. Every day I told them, but what ever they did, that chang nothing. Every time we were in the room we felt sick from the rot even the first days without rain. The water in the shower does not always work, the pressure stopped. Your hotel can have 4 because the bed is ok and everything is new, staff is really nice too but because of everything you have 2
