Pesima atención. Te cuelgan el teléfono la señora Lorena y otras no dan ni nombre y cuelgan. Paso ya toda una semana y no envían los resultados de análisis que en teoría en 3 días enviaban por correo electrónic9 y no hay con quien hablar.

They have the Covid-PCR-Test required for many flights by airplane, test result is in 12-24 hours ready, just walk in no reservations required/possible, sunday 9am-5pm(10.01.2021). I checked (the?) 2 other places in Playa del Carmen, either no capacity in the next 2 weeks or in the hospital a lot of capacity but result ready in 24-48 hours (on sunday only in covid-patient tract) which does not match with my flight and the "maximal test time of 72h before arival". Hope this helps for others...

Used this lab to get PCR test for canada. We did the test 9am Saturday, got it next morning Sunday 8am. They did say it will be done by 11pm same day, but I actually had to call them and remind them to send the email. Either way, we paid 4460 pesos for 2 people. That’s like 130$ Canadian for each person. We had to do it here because the idiots at our princess resort didn’t book us on time and we had an excursion next few days that we couldn’t cancel so we managed to do both. This pcr process can take away from your vacation so plan and do it early, don’t even leave it until the last 4-3 days because things can be done slower here. 24-45h to get results (what it took at the resort too) The concierge was sending us to some “labs” on 5th avenue which was stupid. Hopefully this isn’t a waste of money and time because the arrive can app doesn’t even ask for a picture of the pcr results. It Just asks if you did it.
