R	Roger Lizama on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, inventan que los postes están dañados o que "hicieron chispa" con tal de que no proceda la garantía y no te hagan un ajuste en el precio, esto a pesar de que la garantía es de 4 años y la batería apenas tenía tres. Tardan en atender ya que solo hay dos trabajadores, un viejo y un chavillo (que creo que lo rotan cada mes) y la tipa de la caja ni da los buenos días, en general todos parecen que te hacen un favor. Mejor fuí a Autozone está más barato. Como ya se ha descrito en otros comentarios, este negocio es una empresa dudosa. Scammers! Be careful with that store! Hace un par de días me vi en la necesidad de comprar una batería nueva, acudí a 3 lugares y en base a cotización me decidí por LTH. Realice la compra y al comenzar la instalación el técnico me dijo que mi batería era de agencia y que era más chica, hizo alusión al espacio que había entre la carcaza y la batería y debería pagar una diferencia de lo cotizado, obvio le reclamé el porque no había tomado eso en cuenta al cotizar ya que reviso la batería vieja montada en la camioneta ? Pague la diferencia, trae la batería nueva y resulta ser del mismo tamaño que la vieja, lo cuestione sobre el tamaño al que hizo referencia para cobrarme más a lo que respondió que era de mayor amperaje....... entonces por que usa de referencia el tamaño entre baterías para justificar un cobro mayor si la referencia es el amperaje ? Eso es engañar a la gente, ya que una vez ahí y habiendo pagado no queda de otra. Terrible experiencia, no se vale que engañen a los clientes. I felt robbed !! j	jesus p on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy buen servicio, pésima política de garantías, ya que tu compras una batería que es con la que tu carro se mueve, pero cuando solicitas la garantía para revisión se quedan con ella por 24 hrs y no tienes nada con que mover tu vehículo. Very good service, lousy warranty policy, since you buy a battery that is what your car moves with, but when you request the warranty for review they keep it for 24 hours and you have nothing to move your vehicle with.
