★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Súper groseras las personas que atienden. Todo lo hacen de malas y el trato al paciente es pésimo. Busquen otra opción porque ni siquiera son los precios más bajos del mercado.
Super rude people who attend. They do everything in a bad way and the treatment of the patient is terrible. Look for another option because they are not even the lowest prices on the market.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima actitud del personal que ahí se encuentra. También traspapelaron mis fotografías con las de otra persona… Yo fui ahí por la cercanía con mi ortodoncista, pero no sé los recomiendo para nada! Busquen mejores opciones.
Terrible attitude of the staff there. They also misplaced my photos with someone else's... I went there because of the proximity to my orthodontist, but I don't know how to recommend them at all! Look for better options.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mala actitud y falta de profesionalismo por parte del personal. Confundieron y traspapelaron los estudios de mi hija con lo de otra persona. Tuve que darme cuenta yo del error y tuve que ir 3 veces. No lo recomiendo para nada.
Very bad attitude and lack of professionalism from the staff. They confused and misplaced my daughter's studies with someone else's. I had to realize the mistake and I had to go 3 times. I don't recommend it at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Asistí a este lugar porque mi odontologa me lo sugirió. A parte de que me sugirieron, pensé que las personas que trabajan ahí tenían un buen profesionalismo y empatía ante el servicio. Sin embargo, me he quedó disgustada porque no entregan los estudios a tiempo, te tratan mal y te contestan de la peor manera posible. Se enojan de que uno insiste para la entrega de sus resultados, pero no son puntuales con las fechas que te ponen. Si quieren hacerse su estudio de ortodoncia es recomendable que busquen en otras sucursales o en otro lugar, ya que este no es bueno. Lamentable que una empresa como está tenga este tipo de personas dando servicio porque sólo hacen que manchen la reputación de dicha empresa.
I went to this place because my dentist suggested it to me. Apart from being suggested to me, I thought that the people who work there had good professionalism and empathy towards the service. However, I have been upset because they do not deliver the studies on time, they treat you badly and they answer you in the worst way possible. They get angry that one insists on the delivery of their results, but they are not punctual with the dates they give you. If you want to do your orthodontic study, it is recommended that you look at other branches or somewhere else, since this is not good. It is unfortunate that a company like this has this type of people providing service because they only stain the reputation of said company.
