★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2 years ago, I contracted the services of Hernan Mena a sales representative and representative of Century21 Tulum who introduced me to the legal representative for Laparmex Grace Collins who had 5 penthouses in AldeaZama. Hernan and other employees including the owner of C21 Tulum walked me through the process and recommended me to purchase Unit 5 "SkyLine" It's been 2 years now and C21 got the commission for the purchase I made and I have not penthouse and no money. I have been spending money on trips from the US (where I live), attorneys fees, emails, phone calls, etc trying to recover my money more than U$300.000 after this terrible experience and C21 has not done anything to help me or responded as a professional and reliable company should do. DO NOT USE their services, especially if you do not live in Tulum.
