★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ojala que se pueda muuuy pronto modernizar todos los servicios que ofrecen y todo se pueda hacer en línea y así ahorrarse a la bola de ineptos que tienen ahí. Nos ahorrariamos la falta de información, las vueltas que nos hacen dar, los intentos de robo de nuestros depósitos de servicios, la falta de ganas cuando te atienden.
Hopefully it can be very soon to modernize all the services they offer and everything can be done online and thus save the ball of inept they have there. We would save ourselves the lack of information, the turns they make us give, the attempts to steal our service deposits, the lack of desire when they attend you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servicio DEPLORABLE. No contestan el teléfono; los ejecutivos te cuelgan la llamada; tardan en atender el correo electrónico; el cfmático no refleja los pagos; tardan horas en corregir SUS ERRORES.
Pésima institución.
Me cortaron la luz estando al corriente en mis pagos.
DEPLORABLE service. Nobody is picking up the phone; executives hang up the call; they take time to answer e-mail; the cfmatic does not reflect payments; they take hours to correct THEIR ERRORS.
Terrible institution.
They cut off my electricity while keeping up with my payments.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La peor atención, el peor trato, groseros e ineficientes. Entre empleados se hacen caras para que no atiendan y no ofrezcan alternativas. El encargado es un perfecto inepto, solo sabe decir "no se puede hacer nada con su caso". Vayan a la sucursal de Flores Magon 130, totalmente diferente el trato, amables, y dispuestos a dar opciones y soluciones.
The worst attention, the worst treatment, rude and inefficient. Between employees they make faces so that they do not attend and do not offer alternatives. The manager is completely inept, he only knows how to say "nothing can be done with your case." Go to the Flores Magon 130 branch, the treatment is totally different, friendly, and willing to give options and solutions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La gente es poco amable. Las cajas automaticas funcionan bien pero solo dan cambio hasta 200 pesos. Así que lleven cambio o monto exacto
People are unkind. The automatic boxes work well but they only give change up to 200 pesos. So bring change or exact amount
