★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unbelievable from scratch restaurant! The plates of food are literally art. Healthy, fresh and filling. The staff goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome in Isla. If you have the opportunity to enjoy a meal here you won’t be disappointed. I highly recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had the eggs Benedict. Gluten free, dairy free and meat free, all natural ingredients. It was fantastic. The plantain croquettes were my favorite part, they complemented all the flavors of the dish. Not sure what the “bacon” was made of but it was interesting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Delicious. The menu says vegan but they do have eggs on the menu. With that being said this is one of the best restaurant we have been to on Isla Mujeres. Very good ingredients. The bread and tortillas were great. Nice atmosphere. Nightly recommended.

Don’t expect anything fancy, though the place goes well with Isla Mujeres’ vibe

Even Mexican-style breakfast like Flautas and Empanadas is available ?
The French toast and the vegan 'eggs' Benedict were perfect. My friend also liked Flautas (the green sauce is not my taste) and the Empanadas (great!)
Definitely visit Chaya & Cacao when you're staying in Isla Mujeres.
