Perfect. They found us upon arrival to Cancun and even though we arrived an hour early they immediately took care of us.. Rides were on time and drivers were nice, personable and did a great job driving in the mexican traffic. I highly recommend and will use them again personally.

From CANADA, my wife and I booked a transfer from Cancun a/p to a local Cancun hotel for my mother-in-law who came in from Havana. The charter flight was 2 hours late, and customs processing was well over an hour, but cheap transfer persevered and waited for her, all the while giving us text updates of what was going on. In my opinion, they provided exceptional care and professional service in getting my mother-in-law successfully to her hotel. I visited Cancun with 5 family members on July 26, 2021. The service by CHEAPTRANSFER was simply amazing. Their vans were super clean and Covid safe. The drivers were all friendly and knowledgeable. I saw many different companies when searching which we wanted for transportation but this one stood out the most. We used this service for around 8 trips and I have to say I was not disappointed at all. This was WAY better then any other car service I’ve ever used in my life, and I’ve done my fair share of traveling. This was a family trip and I have to say, we were HORRIBLE customers. Family was not able to decide what they want to do and when, and we changed our trips at least 10 times. I can say not even once did they make me feel uncomfortable or mad, they were professional and helped me with everything I needed. Also we had some random upgrades randomly from a Mercedes Sprinter to a nice SUV. We have around a $30 tip in the end, because they were just incredible. They are by far the cheapest and the best and I absolutely love that they have instant quotes online. DO NOT be afraid by the word “cheapest” in the name. Yes they are the cheapest I’ve found but for the service they are providing I felt that I should be paying double. Thank you so much to all the amazing staff that helped us out and we look forward to using you next trip! (Hopefully with less changes). This is the service you want to use everyone!

Driver Jorge was so courteous, friendly and informative, pointing out different hotels and giving us history of Cancun. We changed Resorts 2 days before our arrival and the company made the change without an issue, even when we added a pickup at a different terminal. It was a small $5.00 charge, but we really appreciated their professionalism while setting up the changes. Driver on our return trip was there at the designated time of pickup and remembered the additional drop off at the other terminal. I was very impressed with this company and will only us them when my group returns to Cancun. I HIGHLY recommend this company. Thank you guys for a great ride and experience!

Used them twice, both times driver was on time/ even early, van was very clean, safe driving style, very easy to book on their website and the prices are not the cheapest but good. Highly recommended.

Didn't have the luck like the other reviewers. The driver was late, unfriendly and the van wasn't clean. We went to center of Playa del Carmen and he was asking us for the directions to the hotel which was very odd as we stayed at a large hotel chain. We paid in cash and he didn't have any cash for change. This happens a lot with transportation here, so try to have smaller bills on you to avoid such incidents. Overall was disappointed as we booked this transport transfer a few days in advance and confirmed the booking 1 day beforehand and yet we experienced such service or it was just bad luck for us.
