★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio a los autos es pésimo, asualmente despues de llevar a servicio mi auto siempre salía con algún problema nuevo, incluso desde el primer servicio. No te ponen los líquidos necesarios y te lo regresaban sucio, cada visita era un problema nuevo. Cuidado que no te vean la cara. Lamentablemente se tiene que llevar por la garantía.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Llevé mi auto a servicio y cambio de frenos hace tiempo, no quedó bien. Fui a otra sucursal para el siguiente servicio. Llego el momento de un servicio más. Agende mi cita y la confirme al momento, ya que estaría fuera de la ciudad y me quedé esperando la recolección de mi auto. Pésimo servicio. Nada recomendables.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cuidado al momento de apartar un auto,ya que si no se concreta la venta porque sus coches seminuevos están en mal estado, para devolverte el apartado tardan muchísimo.
Llevo 13 días esperándolo y siguen poniendo pretextos.
Pésima atención,no los recomiendo, mejor busquen en otra agencia.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención y la amabilidad en el área de refacciones, muy bien, se merece las 5 estrellas, el compromiso del tiempo de entrega tristemente les falló mucho, la compensación por la demora y la falta de compromiso fue buena por parte del gerente, sin embargo, la demora ocasiona perdida de tiempo, dinero y esfuerzo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De las peores experiencias. Recién tenía un mes con mi auto nuevo de agencia cuando falló cerca de esta agencia, el auto se quedó trabado en 3a, así que pedí remolque a ella. La atención no fue mala. Me indicaron que el auto se quedaría un par de días, después de los cuales me inventaron un cuento respecto a que me habían saboteando la caja de velocidades y que la habían roto, por lo cual me cobraron bastante bien. Sin poder argumentar lo contrario pagué y no pasó una semana cuando mi auto falló de nuevo de la misma forma. En esta ocasión lo llevé a la agencia donde lo compré (Américas Motors Tlalpan) y después de un diagnóstico de no más de 30 minutos me indicaron que tenía un defecto de fabrica en el clutch y lo cambiarían como parte de la gargantia. El auto nunca volvió a presentar ese fallo y a demás me dijeron que la tapa de la caja de velocidades no tenía nada y era la original de fabrica.
