★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No me ayudaron a solucionar mi problema incluso la gerente me dio "soluciones "que ni aplican para mi tarjeta se lavo las manos mandando me a mi casa y que solucionará el problema X Internet o teléfono no se vale es la gerente!! Y no me dio todas las opciones porque ya casi se daban las 4 y yo llegue antes de las 3

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atienden super lento, la espera para entrar a hablar con un asesor es de aproximadamente 2:30 hrs los anfitriones no ponen atención están pajareando y de repente alguien más vivo toma turno y no hacen respetar la fila, es buen banco pero el personal es muy lento, además de que en el estacionamiento se realizan compra venta de vehículos que ocupan lugar de el aparcamiento para clientes.

Una fulana disque ejecutiva debería estar de guarura afuera por su aspecto de nombre Maricela. Muy grosera. Voy a tratar de tener el menor contacto con este banco.

Fui para la apertura de una cuenta y no quisieron aceptar un comprobante de domicilio de 1 mes de antigüedad, cuando para cualquier trámite se solicita comprobante con máximo 3 meses de antigüedad.
Acudí a la sucursal que está en tecnológico y ahí SI aceptaron el comprobante y la misma ejecutiva que me atendió dijo que NO TENÍA SENTIDO QUE NO HAYAN ACEPTADO ESE COMPROBANTE.
Recomiendo mejor la sucursal de tecnológico, hay menos gente y la atención es excelente.
Terrible attention.
I went to open an account and they did not want to accept a proof of address that was 1 month old, when for any procedure proof that is a maximum of 3 months old is requested.
I went to the branch that is in technology and there they DID accept the voucher and the same executive who attended me said that IT MADE NO SENSE THAT THEY HAD NOT ACCEPTED THAT PROOF.
I better recommend the technological branch, there are fewer people and the service is excellent.
