★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal atención por el personal de trabajadores el cajero no me dió mi dinero de 5,300 pesos y no me ayudaron me dieron cita para después de un mes que por que no es culpa de ellos y son vien prepotentes y groseros una banco de lo peor

Run away! There are lines at ALL banks, but don't waste your time at this branch. It is urgent that they give training to the staff of this branch of their products. They are silly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo. La sucursal mas lenta del mundo, llevo DOS HORAS esperando a que se desocupe un ejecutivo para activar SOLAMENTE Banamex móvil. Primera y última vez que hago un trámite o intento tener una cuenta con este banco.
Appalling. The slowest branch in the world, I have TWO HOURS waiting for an executive to vacate to activate ONLY Banamex mobile. First and last time I do a procedure or try to have an account with this bank.

La realidad es que nadie dará una buena opinión de los bancos, pero es justo que también se reconozca cuando hacen bien su trabajo. Regularmente nosotros como usuarios nos metemos en problemas POR NO LEER y queremos que nos resuelvan nuestros errores. Atendieron de manera excelente a mi tío y permitieron que estuviera presente en la aclaración que hicieron. Todo el personal que nos atendió, comenzando con señorita gerente nos escuchó y trató de ayudarnos. La atención a personas de tercera edad es BUENÍSIMA. Recomiendo esta sucursal.
A very good service, it would be excellent if their ATMs were working.
