★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muuuuuuy mal servicio...fui solo a que me dieran una clave para poder usar la app y ni siquiera llegue a la caja. Fui muy temprano para evitar gente, éramos 4 clientes, espere por una hora y solo atendieron a 2...volví por la tarde y estuvo peor;estaba lleno, había gente sin cubrebocas, nada de sana distancia, así que después de media hora que había avanzado un par de turnos decidí irme.
Esos trámites se deberían poder hacer vía telefónica!!!
Sooooo bad service ... I just went to get a password to use the app and it didn't even arrive at the checkout. I went very early to avoid people, we were 4 customers, I waited for an hour and they only attended 2 ... I came back in the afternoon and it was worse; it was full, there were people without masks, no healthy distance, so after half an hour I had advanced a couple of shifts I decided to go.
These procedures should be able to be done by phone !!!
