★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Place is really comfortable, has great buffet style continental breakfast included, but showers were not working when I stayed there and it's more expensive than comparable places. It's location is really convenient if you are visiting the mall during your stay. It also has a decent pool and great customer service.

2020: I am redoing a space in my house and I remembered the interesting thing to hang your clothes on in room. Artistic and functional. Any ideas name and where to buy it?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good if you stay one or two nights alone. The rooms are very small. Bedding is excellent! Cleanness is almost great. They change their room prices during the day. Breakfast is included and your average free breakfast. The security guards/bell boys are incredibly friendly and helpful!! The mall is across from the parking lot so no need of a car. About minutes from the airport and 20 from downtown

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ive stayed here 5 years ago and in Costa Rica. Ive always been impressed with this hotel. Basic hotel with superior service. Staff was very attentive. Clean, modern and very nice and next to the mall. They also offer shuttle service.

First room: toilet seat had urine and hair and soiled sheets.
Second room: toilet floor was wet due to a leak from toilet.
Third room was okay.
The corridor outside my room had mud that smelled bad and was never cleaned during my stay.
My key card had issues and wasn't working.
I used the do not disturb sign on my door and while I was out my room was cleaned...
The breakfast was okay.
