m	marina markides on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very beautiful and peaceful hotel. The grounds are nice rooms we stayed at were nice and clean their breakfast was very tasty. We stayed in on Sunday and they played good lounge music. Not walking distance from the beach though and I would suggest to get a car to visit the city.
M	Magalie Steuckers on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Boutique hotel in the center of Tulum with a lot of respect for nature and calmness. Two very nice swimming pools where there is a lot of space for relaxing. I would definitely recommend booking directly via their website as you receive delicious breakfast included and when availabe an upgraded room. Please be aware to NOT book any bike via the hotel itself as they ask double the price compared to what they ask in the bike store 2 streets away. Overall very nice, relaxing and welcoming stay.
M	Maya Yadid on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loved everything about Coco Hacienda, the garden is magical and lush, the rooms are big, both pools are Beautiful to swim or just sit by and the breakfast is fresh and delicious. Last but not least- Stuff are super friendly and helpful, location is great+parking! 2 minutes from the busy city center with lots of shops and restaurants. A bike ride to the beach. Will definitely come back.
T	Theresa Flores on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were so fortunate to find this Venue and Hotel for our daughter's wedding. Everything was perfect. We had 85 family and friends attend the destination wedding. Renting out the entire hotel was fantastic. Everyone loved their accommodations and the pools, restaurant and bar were great additions. The entire staff was helpful. We had children in our group and there were never any safety issues. In fact we all felt safe and cared for. The wedding ceremony and reception was everything we dreamed. Guests have told us this was the best wedding they have ever attended. We also had an After Party on Sunday and that went extremely well. I wish I could give them more stars.
H	Hey Guys on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The good: Beautiful grounds. Truly an oasis. Very nice and helpful staff. Tasty food at the restaurant. The avocado toast with eggs especially. Easy parking. The coconut smell of the body wash was amazing. Shower had good water pressure. The so-so: Pools were a little too cold in February. No one used them. The rooms by the restaurant are subjected to music and outside visitors much of the day. You can’t flush toilet paper…you have to put it in a basket next to the toilet. The location is a bit out of town center (no sidewalks where the hotel is), but it’s workable. My advice: Get one of the thatched-roof bungalows in the back and you’ll love your stay. Otherwise you’ll want some ear plugs.
R	Rose Deglon on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Here is a hotel that deserves all its positive comments. First we had a great host, Cristofer, who helped us a lot to find our way around the hotels. Great restaurants and bars recommendations. Then the hotel itself was lovely, the pool by the cafe was very nice, fresh and clean. The room full of charm, great bathroom, lots of space, comfy bed. I highly recommend to stay there 3-4 night when in Tulum town and just rent a scooter / bikes to go around . And the ratio quality / price is great.

There is a lot of trees in the hotel which makes you feel you are not in the city center. Very spacious room and nice swimming pool to chill by. Together with my boyfriend we stayed at this hotel for 4 days while doing excursions. Perfect if you are not planning to travel to the beach as it is quite far.

Unlike a lot of other overpriced hotels on the beach side of Tulum. - The breakfast is amazing - The rooms are spacious, clean and everything works as it should - They have a nice chill area with 2 separate pools Thanks for the nice stay!
