I worked with Danna Lucanzo who cost me thousands of dollars by not doing her job properly by writing a list of punch list items of repairs. When contacting her Brooker Daniel Ortiz on several occasions I received zero response. Realtors expect 6% Commission same as US Realtors and they have no clue what they are doing!
