M	Marie Wessels on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wunderschöne Wohnung. Wir waren da für 5 Nächte und wären am liebsten den ganzen urlaub dort geblieben. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet vor allem das Schlafzimmer mit dem offenen Bad und dem riesigen Bett hat uns besonders gefallen. Auch das es 2 Bäder gab ist sehr praktisch leider hat das eine sehr unangenehm gerochen. Der Balkon und die Dachterrasse mit Jacuzzi sind auf jeden Fall ein Highlights. Am besten hat uns der große pool direkt vor der Tür gefallen der fast immer leer war. Wir würden auf jeden fall wieder kommen !!!! Das einzigsten was etwas gestört hat war die Lage es liegt doch schon sehr weit ab vom Geschehen und nur mit Fahrrad etwas schwieriger alles zu erreichen Wonderful apartment. We were there for 5 nights and would have loved to have stayed there for the entire vacation. The apartment is very nicely furnished, we especially liked the bedroom with the open bathroom and the huge bed. Also that there were 2 bathrooms is very practical, unfortunately one of them smelled very unpleasant. The balcony and the roof terrace with jacuzzi are definitely a highlight. We liked the big pool right in front of the door which was almost always empty. We would definitely come again !!!! The only thing that bothered something was the location, it is very far away from the action and a bit more difficult to reach everything by bike

Wonderful experience. The only one in Tulum with 2 pools, barbecue area and yoga palapa. I will return to Tulum and Neem .... BY SUPPLY ...

Knowing there is alot of construction going on around Tulum I asked the host if it was quiet and if there was construction going on around the property. The host said no and that there was no construction next door. So I arrive at 6pm on a Saturday evening to the sound of concrete cutters and loud Mexican music the construction workers were blasting from the site ( 10 metres from the apartment). Unless you find the sound of heavy machinery relaxing then I would avoid this place like the plague. Not to mention the outright lies from the host.

We had many questions about Tulum as this was our first time there and they answered all of them!!! The common area is spectacular with two pools and beautiful flowers. Our condo was super clean and gorgeous with views of the jungle. We also had a private rooftop with jacuzzi which needless to say was a lot of fun. We kept joking that we will not leave and stay there permanently :)
S	Sarah Morgan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A really lovely complex but a lot of construction in the area, roads are dirt and it's pretty noisy during the day with construction. It's a little far from the beach too not walking distance.
