Excelente ubicación, instalaciones limpias, lo unico malo fue que en el depa el clima no servía nunca enfrió lo que debía.

Muy padre lugar, amplio, limpio, con excelente ubicación, estacionamiento en la calle pero sin cobro, cerca de playa mamita's y de la 5ta avenida. Su piscina excelente para refrescarte x la noche... Yo lo alquile x medio de airbnb con Mateo, excelente servicio.

Very run down and dirty

I rented apartment no.7 from Klaus and Mariella for the duration of August 2020 and I would not recommend staying here. The electricity bill is not included in the price and is to be paid separately at the end of the stay. This would be okay except all the appliances were old, didn’t work well yet still used up a bunch of kw. The A/C and fans in the bedrooms barely worked at all, we struggled to keep cool at night but still used a ton of electricity. We looked at the meter a week into our stay and found that if we continued to run it as we were we would have an electricity bill 3x the rent. When it came to pay the bill they asked us for 6 pesos per kw however could show no evidence that the electrical company charged that much. We’re sure they were trying to rip us off by getting us to use a bunch of electricity then over charge for it. In addition to this the apartment was not clean when we moved in and the en-suite bathroom did not function properly. The fridge door didn’t seal properly and we also had to keep the gas turned off because of a leak, meaning we didn’t feel comfortable cooking.

Spent the month of July 2020 at the #7 hosted by Klaus and Mariella. The apartment was not clean and was not sanitised under the covid19 laws in Mexico. In fact everything was dirty and mouldy. Their appliances like ceiling fans and a/c are old and don’t work very well, but they still use a TON of kw. The en-suite toilette doesn’t flush properly. The fridge doesn’t seal/close completely.We had a gas leakage the first time we cooked and Klaus showed up with a tape and some scissor only to replace some old tape that was there already??! The gas kept leaking and we couldn’t cook the whole time. We just closed it and ordered food the whole month. When it was time to pay our electricity Klaus and Mariella wanted to charge us 6 pesos/kw when their bill said 4pesos/kw. We refused to pay the extra and left. It seems like a scam to me. I don’t recommend staying here!!
