I first reached out to Ms. Ly Cotes in January of 2021 after reading so many positive reviews and feedback on her thourogh work and professionalism. I had several questions as I was relocating from the states. Ly, responded quickly and efficiently. She answered all of my thousands of questions, asked me to send her my price range and particulars. My move was planned for April/ May. So I did as requested and I left a hearty and detailed check list in the hands of Ms. Ly. I arrived in Mexico on the 1st of April and we had set my appointment on the 5th. So on the 5th of April Ms. Ly meet myself and my husband and off we went. She hit the head on the nail. Ms. Ly ticked all of my boxes. She was able to cleary understand the needs of her client and deliver! We are looking forward to moving in our new place and couldn't be more elated! Moving to a Foreign country was easy thanks to the PIM Team. Without their gold-star customer service: the move would have been way more difficult on our own. Pamela's expertise was able to bridge us to a temporarily rental house. She had a Suburban Taxi catering to us at the airport to accommodate our dog. Manuel was accompanying us in Spanish & English for all of our personal needs such as Immigration, Banks, Groceries & so on.... Conrad had followed up with us for months before our arrival & was planning our construction with attention to details.
