★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dicen que México se distingue en todo el mundo por su ineficiente sistema burocrático...Mentira! El sistema burocrático corrupto, deficiente y decadente existe en todo el mundo, pero se acentúa en algunos países. Mi experiencia en este Consulado puede destacar además de la ineficacia en su atención, el trato déspota e ignorante del personal que labora en el mismo. No es posible que asuntos que son de su competencia, sencillos y que dada su facilidad deben atenderse con prontitud, como lo es la orientación y trámite para obtención de visa, no te den una respuesta conforme a derecho y solamente repondan que ellos no saben, que continúes llamando, que envíen mensajes por correo, mensajes que JAMÁS VAN A RESPONDER. En todas las representaciones internacionales debe existir personal debidamente capacitado y APTO para atender las distintas solicitudes, asuntos y trámites. Es claro que llegan a sus cargos por recomendaciones. Por favor señor Cónsul, atienda su oficina y ponga orden en su personal,aplique las sanciones administrativas que corresponden y que los distintos Departamentos se encarguen de realizar sus funciones. Creo que no están en México por vacaciones, es su trabajo, así que cumplan con ética y diligencia sus obligaciones
They say that Mexico is distinguished throughout the world for its inefficient bureaucratic system... Lie! The corrupt, deficient and decadent bureaucratic system exists throughout the world, but it is accentuated in some countries. My experience in this Consulate can highlight, in addition to the inefficiency in its attention, the despotic and ignorant treatment of the personnel that works in it. It is not possible that matters that are within their competence, simple and that given their ease must be dealt with promptly, such as the orientation and procedure for obtaining a visa, they do not give you an answer in accordance with the law and only answer that they do not know, that you keep calling, that they send messages by mail, messages that WILL NEVER ANSWER. In all international representations there must be duly trained and APPROPRIATE personnel to attend to the different requests, matters and procedures. It is clear that they arrive at their positions by recommendations. Please Mr. Consul, attend your office and put your staff in order, apply the corresponding administrative sanctions and let the different Departments take charge of carrying out their functions. I believe that they are not in Mexico for vacations, it is their job, so they must comply with their obligations with ethics and diligence.
