★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Alberto Becerra. Nunca llego a la cita que habia programado el día de hoy, y nunca contesto su celular para almenos avisar que no iva a llegar. Uno no va por gusto.Va de emergencia para una consulta! Y que te agan perder el tiempo no es justo.
Dr. Alberto Becerra. He never made it to the appointment he had scheduled today, and he never answered his cell phone to at least warn that he was not going to arrive. You don't go for fun, you go to the emergency room for a consultation! And that they make you waste your time is not fair.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La verdad no lo recomiendo, coincido con las demás comentarios hacen esperar demasiado tiempo, no tienen respeto por el tiempo de los pacientes, busquen otras opciones, fui a consulta por la cercanía de mi domicilio pero salió peor, para nada regreso a ese lugar.
I really do not recommend it, I agree with the other comments they make you wait too long, they have no respect for the patients' time, look for other options, I went to consult because of the proximity of my home but it was worse, I did not return to that place at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Llegué puntual y tardé 1 hora esperando mi cita dermatologica, había muchas personas que ya llevaban esperando y nunca se aviso sobre este retraso. Cuando pasé le comenté a la dermatologa sobre el retraso y me dijo que todos habían esperado lo mismo, le pregunté si siempre era así y me dijo que sí muy grosera. Es un falta de respeto al tiempo de las personas.
I arrived on time and took 1 hour waiting for my dermatological appointment, there were many people who had already been waiting and I was never notified about this delay. When I passed by I told the dermatologist about the delay and she said that everyone had expected the same thing, I asked her if it was always like this and she said yes, very rude. It is a lack of respect for people's time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tuve cita con el urólogo, fue una situación bastante desagradable. Primero llegó casi 45 minutos tarde y nadie me informó al respecto (esperé). La consulta con el especialista fue desinteresada y con muy mala actitud (a pesar de haber llegado tarde). A regañadientes me hizo las revisiones y al final ni siquiera me dijo que era todo, se puso a ordenar su oficina mientras yo estaba ahí sentado y se salía a hablar con la recepcionista, al final me recetó ibuprofeno y ya porque le pregunté si me mandaría algún tratamiento. En fin, no me aclaró en nada mis dudas (me dejó igual que cuando fui con el médico general que para eso iba al especialista) y me mandó un estudio. No recomiendo absolutamente nada a ese doctor en específico (urología), no pienso regresar con él y escribo esto con el fin de que estén esterados ya que no son baratas las citas con especialistas y creo que merecemos un servicio de calidad.
I had an appointment with the urologist, it was a very unpleasant situation. First it was almost 45 minutes late and no one informed me about it (I waited). The consultation with the specialist was disinterested and with a very bad attitude (despite being late). He reluctantly did the reviews and in the end he did not even tell me that it was all, he began to tidy up his office while I was sitting there and he went out to talk to the receptionist, in the end he prescribed ibuprofen and already because I asked him if he would send me some treatment. Anyway, he did not clarify my doubts at all (he left me the same as when I went to the general practitioner who was going to the specialist for that) and he sent me a study. I do not recommend absolutely anything to that specific doctor (urology), I do not plan to return to him and I write this in order to ensure that they are not cheap, since appointments with specialists are not cheap and I believe that we deserve quality service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hace algunos años fui con la dermatóloga y el tratamiento que me mandó no me ayudó en nada. El año pasado fui al Neurólogo,el cual insistió en que mi malestar era por estrés,aún cuando le dije que no había estado estresada y llevaba una de mis pupilas de los ojos más grande que otra,lo cual me dijo que era normal,le pedí que me mandara a hacer estudios y no quiso,me dijo que no era necesario y me recetó Sertralina,la cuál sólo me hizo sentir peor. Otra doctora en otro hospital me revisó y me mandó a hacer estudios y fui diagnosticada con un quiste aracnoideo y neuralgia del Trigémino. Pensé que la primera vez había tenido mala suerte,pero al parecer tienen varios médicos incompetentes. No recomiendo que malgasten tiempo y dinero.
A few years ago I went to the dermatologist and the treatment she sent me did not help me at all. Last year I went to the Neurologist, who insisted that my discomfort was due to stress, even when I told him that I had not been stressed and that one of my pupils was larger than the other, which he told me was normal. I asked him to send me to study and he refused, he told me it was not necessary and he prescribed Sertraline, which only made me feel worse. Another doctor in another hospital examined me and sent me to do studies and I was diagnosed with an arachnoid cyst and Trigeminal neuralgia. I thought the first time I was unlucky, but apparently they have several incompetent doctors. I do not recommend wasting time and money.
