Coral Island Suites - 77660 San Miguel de Cozumel

It's difficult to start a review for an experience like this. I don't tend to leave much feedback, but when you come across such impeccable customer service and communication, it stands out. Jasmine is extremely accommodating, knowledgable, and puts you first. I felt like home. So much so, that I cancelled other accommodations just to come back. And I most definitely will be coming back again. Jasmine, thank you for an unforgettable experience.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Coral Island Suites. Nice large rooms and Jasmine always responded quickly. The location was great. It is in a neighborhood, very close to the airport and within walking or bicycling distance of grocery stores, the market, restaurants, and the downtown area. And on top is fall of that - the price is great!

Amazing. The perfect place to spend a week, a month, a year on the island. Just the right amount of distance from downtown, making it a tranquil and quiet place to relax. The private pool and gorgeous patio/yard was perfect for yoga with our friends. The units are very well equipped; just bring your own groceries and you are set! Jasmine and her staff are so very kind and professional. Of my many trips to the island, by far the most comfortable and relaxing places to stay.

I recently stayed at Coral Island suites with two other guests and absolutely loved the entire experience! Our host, Jasmine, was amazing and available to help us with whatever we needed when we needed it through the entire durration of our stay. The kitchen was stocked with many items to cook with which made the meals we prepared in Cozumel that much easier to make. The entire grounds of the property are kept meticulously neat and tidy! The housekeeping staff are very professional, I HIGHLY recommend their laundry services if you're staying for any length of time. This is going to be my go to spot when in Cozumel for years to come!

I have stayed in many places in Cozumel and one day I was lucky enough to find Coral Island Suites. I can honestly say I would not stay anywhere else., this is truly my home away from home. The owners are fantastic, warm, caring and very attentive to their guests every needs. The apartments are spacious, clean and have all the amenities you could ever need. I have stayed in both the 2 bedroom and the 1 bedroom and I loved them both. I often travel alone to Cozumel, and have always felt completely safe in the property. The grounds are beautiful, the pool fantastic. Ten minute walk to a large grocery store and a 20 minute walk into town. I look forward to every visit to my favourite island including my apartment which feels like home and also seeing the owners who truly treat you like family. Can’t wait to be back!!!!

We had such an amazing time at Coral Island Suite, we came back a second time. The host is absolutely amazing! She goes above and beyond to help. The apartment we had was amazing. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare any meal. There are grills outside, plus nice large tables for outdoor dining. The pool is the cleanest pool I've ever had at a hotel...I'm pretty sure she has a magic bubble protecting it. With all the flowers in the yard your guaranteed to spot hummingbirds. You won't be disappointed in your stay here!

First time guests to Coral Island Suites!! Our friends invited us to join them at the end of January 2022 for a week. We cannot express how pleased we are to have stayed at this destination. Our hostess, Jasmine, made us feel so comfortable as we arrived, answered all our questions, and had us feeling “at home” as soon as we walked through the door. The suites are spacious, very well equipped and extremely comfortable. The pool and gardens are beautiful, comfortable and an amazing place to relax! Special touches like the bicycles (with locks), a safe, drinking water, reusable grocery bags and on site laundry service is available and so much more! So much care and thought has gone into making this an unforgettable experience. We loved the location to provide a more authentic, local experience close to grocery stores, fantastic restaurants and nightlife!! Our only misstep was not to book for a longer time. We look forward to our next stay at Coral Island Suites!!

I would say we came as strangers and left as friends, but it seemed like Jasmine was a friend before we even got here! She was so responsive to our many questions before we arrived and genuine in her enthusiasm to have us come that by the time we arrived it felt like a welcome hug was totally appropriate! We are concluding our 10 week stay here at our home away from home and Jasmine has been an amazing part of our Cozumel experience. We were concerned about a long-time stay because our daughter has severe reactions to mold, fragrances, harsh cleaners, and other toxins. Jasmine and Jeff definitely did their homework in building this place as it was a very "safe" place for our daughter, who generally cannot tolerate the average hotel room. Jasmine and team keep the place very clean and toxin free- and accommodated our special needs by using "green" cleaning solutions for the weekly maid service as well as our laundry service. I just cannot say enough about Jasmine, Jeff, and their well-designed, comfortable accommodations. Jasmine also goes wayyyy over the top in responding quickly to What's App questions a guest may have. I loved the beautiful "backyard" pool area, high quality grills, etc. This is an amazing place to stay both for short term and especially for long-term considering the reasonable rates. For those not familiar with Cozumel, you might feel like the neighborhood is "sketchy" because not every property is as high end as Coral Island Suites. But it appears to be the norm in Cozumel to find extremely nice places adjacent to more run-down properties. Frankly, I like it this way- it feels more like a real neighborhood where all socio economic strata appear to live next to each other in harmony rather than some boring gated community back in the US- I never felt unsafe in this neighborhood, which is flush with amazing hole-in-the-wall dive restaurants to grab tacos for lunch or other local delicacies served by locals mostly to locals. If you don't want to feel like a tourist, this is a great place to stay. I leave feeling welcomed in this little corner of Cozumel with their local community of cab drivers and otherwise "unseen" service staff that wait the tables and clean the hotels at the high-end resorts.
