Super clean, big bed, nice shower, spacious room, fancy air conditioning, lots of tv channels and Netflix, friendly staff, beautiful location walking distance to the beach. Feels safe too, there is a security post guarding the entrance to the little tourist village its in. Only thing I don't like is that there is a coffee maker in the room but no coffee.
D	Danielle Jackson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was great for the price we paid! The 2 bedroom was almost like a 3 bedroom because of the folding doors to close off the sofa trundle bed. Pros: The kids loved the pool. The lagoon was beautiful and we loved the access to the kayak (only one available at the time). The location is great and safe. We loved Puerto Aventuras! Walk 3 minutes to a gorgeous beach. Cons: The air conditioning took a while to cool the place down. The buildings, pool, and game room are old and a little run down. Our friends room had ants. But we would totally stay there again for the price and location!

S	Steven Bates on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The condo is large and plenty of room. Pool was okay bit not a great pool or that clean. This is not hotel and their is no loby just a small unattended office. It took us 30 minutes to find someone to get us the key so we could get inside. You are very remote from any restaurants and the taxis in the area charge twice as much. You need to have a car to stay here. But you can rent those their may be a long with golf carts. I would prefer a real hotel next time and more amenities

Saul was very professional and helpful and assisted with any concerns that arose. The staff were all great. There is a small beach within a few minutes of walking distance and a nice and big outdoor pool open until 10pm.

Room and furniture weren't new, but in good condition. Located far from shops and entrance to village, so it's better to have a car. For me it was too noisy due to old fridge and a/c, sleeping without earplugs wasn't comfortable.
L	Lindsey Galloway on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No glass drinking glasses, incomplete kitchen utensils and cookery, tiny coffee maker, 2 of 4 stove elements don't light, warm water takes 10 minutes or longer in sinks and shower, very minimal furniture, bedroom shades don't provide effective privacy or light barrier. Overall, dated, less than basic and poor quality; and when we checked out early (mid-week in a one week booking) they declined any level of refund. We moved into a beautifully appointed and furnished condo across the street, facing the ocean, 3x bigger, for the same nightly price. Stay away from Cora Maya Condosuites!
