Only ate here once for dinner since there were so many other places to explore, but I highly recommend this place. The ambiance is very nice, the service was excellent, and the food amazing. I forgot what my dish was called, but it was a chicken medallion dish on a bed of mushrooms and with a mushroom sauce.

We had a wonderful server named Jairo who took very good care of us. Food was great. Setting was even better. All inclusive was the best!

I made the perfect selection in paring my food but tried some of the wife’s and the food was below par. Great atmosphere but the air conditioning was a little too cool. I will be back!

Great ambiance and amazing food! We showed up without reservations and were able to get a table relatively quickly. Our server, Salvaro, was amazing and he defiantly made our night by recommending some delicious food. Highly recommended!

Reservation only but do not let that prohibit you from coming. As someone who has been through some of the best culinary schools, restaurants and food atmospheres, D Italia in Casitas is by far the closest thing to Italian cuisine you will get. From service, perfect execution, presentation and overall quality you will not be disappointed. Emar is the best waiter at the resort. I would make a trip back to Mexico just for this, Bon appetite.

We found this to be the weakest of all of the restaurants across the three sites. The service wasn't as good as in other restaurants, the waiter didn't remember who ordered what, he was a bit grumpy. One of our party asked for a Virgin Mojito as they don't drink alcohol, in every other bar and restaurant this was no issue whatsoever, however here the waiter asked "so you just want lemonade with mint?" And we explained about the mojito with no alcohol and then we got lemonade with mint! We were a group of 7 who were unable to sit together because of either Covid or "the dining experience" which both sound like utter rubbish, because they were happy to put you in a private dining room for 8-10 people if you bought 2 bottles of wine! Our reservation was for 7 people and we were not told anything about this at the time of booking.....and just so you know, both Italian restaurants have the same rule....no other restaurants in the complex did! The food was ok, just nowhere near the standard of some of the other restaurants like Kampai, Habb, Wine Kitchen and Jade which had been excellent. The dessertrs were poor, the Panna cotta was a heavy mousse and the chocolate fondant was a solid chocolate cake! If we visited the resort again, I may even give this restaurant a miss completely!

Great meal and service. Started with fresh bread and Parmesan chunks. For apps, we had the calamari. For our mains we had the ziti, tenderloin and the octopus. All were delicious. Get a reservation early since they fill up quick.

NY wide and I have had many meals here, usually for anniversaries or birthdays since it's a bit of a drive for us. Our most recent visit was for her birthday and I made it a surprise for her by having her best friend and her husband waiting for us. When we walked un the owner Charlie welcomed us back. Our server was fantastic and the food delicious as usual. Our favorite Italian restaurant in the Denver area!
