★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Llevo apenas cuatro meses asistiendo pero debo de decir que se puede y debe apreciar la experiencia, la enseñanza el método, ya que no solamente es un una mezcla al azar de ciertas artes marciales japonesas con el sistema policíaco, es un sistema metódico preciso el cual contiene algo muy importante y es análisis profundo del funcionamiento biomecanico del cuerpo con el cual esta diseñado para cualquier persona y cualquier situación desde corta distancia hasta larga distancia pero en especifico mujeres ; debo decir que si tu el que lee esto te animas a ir no juzgues por el lugar sino por la profundidad de las técnicas, me siento satisfecho con lo aprendido hasta ahora.
I have been attending for only four months but I must say that you can and should appreciate the experience, teaching the method, since it is not only a random mixture of certain Japanese martial arts with the police system, it is a precise methodical system which It contains something very important and it is a deep analysis of the biomechanical functioning of the body with which it is designed for anyone and any situation from short distance to long distance but specifically women; I must say that if you who read this are encouraged to go do not judge by the place but by the depth of the techniques, I feel satisfied with what has been learned so far.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El método es muy bueno, si no tienes ninguna experiencia en defensa personal empiezas desde lo más básico. Es una enseñanza muy personalizada y me encanta que el maestro te pone a practicar lo necesario hasta lograr tus objetivos. Altamente recomendado, te da más seguridad al salir, ya no me siento tan expuesta.
The method is very good, if you do not have any experience in self defense you start from the basics. It is a very personalized teaching and I love that the teacher puts you to practice what is necessary until you achieve your goals. Highly recommended, it gives you more security when leaving, I no longer feel so exposed.
