Compre una cafetera y no funcionó en su primer día de uso, la verdad no recomiendo esta marca.

PESIMO SERVICIO. PARA REPARAR UNA CAFETERA ME MANDAN A MAS DE 100 KM DE DISTANCIA. ADEMAS LA LINEA DE TELEFONO QUE TIENEN ES MUY MALA PUES SE CORTA LA COMUNICACION Y LA PERSONA QUE ME ATENDIO CASI NO HABLA ESPAÑOL. PARA NO COMPRAR ESTOS PRODUCTOS
TERRIBLE SERVICE. TO REPAIR A COFFEE MAKER THEY SEND ME MORE THAN 100 KM AWAY. IN ADDITION THE TELEPHONE LINE THAT THEY HAVE IS VERY BAD BECAUSE THE COMMUNICATION IS CUT AND THE PERSON WHO ATTENDED ME ALMOST DOES NOT SPEAK SPANISH. NOT TO BUY THESE PRODUCTS

La peor experiencia de compra que he tenido, compre una cafetera y desde que llego fallo, se reporto y llevo 30 dias esperando me respeten la garantia. su Centro de servicio es muy amable pero no solucionan, siempre ponen excusas y promesas de que te marcan o enviaran guias para envio de reparacion. perdida de tiempo y dinero. una verguenza
The worst shopping experience I have had, I bought a coffee maker and since the failure came, it was reported and I have been waiting for 30 days for the guarantee to be respected. Their Service Center is very friendly but they do not solve, they always make excuses and promises that they will mark you or send you guides to send repairs. waste of time and money. a shame

De acuerdo con las fechas de los malos comentarios, me parece que la pandemia vino a darle al traste a muchas empresas que venden artículos y servicios. Quería comprar una cafetera en el Palacio de Hierro, sin embargo, los últimos comentarios dejan mucho que desear. Creo que seguiré usando mi Krups???

El teléfono te atienden tardadísimo y alguien en inglés y no existe un centro de reparación en CDMX, solo dicen que lo más cercano es ir a Puebla... estas oficinas de qué sirven a uno como cliente??
They answer the phone very late and someone in English and there is no repair center in CDMX, they only say that the closest thing is to go to Puebla... what use are these offices to one as a customer?

Pésimo servicio , se me descompuso el molino de mi cafetera la cual cuenta con garantía todavía , tengo 3 Semanas tratando de que algún me resuelva , y al marcar su número telefónico me enlazan al Call center de EU ??‍♂️ Pésimo
Terrible service, my coffee maker's mill broke down which still has a guarantee, I have 3 weeks trying to get someone to solve me, and when I dial their phone number they link me to the US Call center ??‍♂️ Appalling

Acabo de comparar una maquina Delonghi y simplemente no hay donde acceder al servicio técnico. Viene un telefono en el manual que no existe. Como haces efectiva la garantía y accedes al servicio técnico? Tampoco en la pagina hay como Parece que se están escondiendo
I just bought a Delonghi machine and there is simply no where to go for technical service. There is a phone in the manual that does not exist. How do you make the warranty effective and do you access the technical service? Neither on the page there is how it seems that they are hiding
