Absolutely disgusting that dolphins are kept in captivity and abused like this. They are living in hell. Anyone thinking of visiting here should watch Blackfish or The Cove and educate themselves. If you want to see dolphins or whales go on a boat out into the ocean.

Mixed feelings about this place. We've done dolphins visits many times in the past at various locations. Beware of the cost of the photo packages that can be purchased at the end of the tour. We were charged $100 more for the same package another couple paid for. When I asked to see their price list, they said the photographer was busy and couldn't supply me with the prices.

Tourist trap! Beware! They told us 30 min with the dolphins, however, it was hardly 2-3 min actual time with the Dolphins. Rest of the time is just waiting in while all the other guest got turns to get pictures. The Dolphin ‘experience’ is just to get your pictures with the dolphins so they can then sell them to you. They seem to want to charge you $400+ for the pictures, and then you have to negotiate down. Waste of time, waste of money. Stay away.

It was pretty amazing. Not only did we get to swim with dolphins and go for a ride, the interactions with them were priceless. Up close and personal time with dolphins. The staff were extremely friendly and very knowledgeable! they were Able to answer any and all of the questions my daughter and I had about these magnificent animals It was worth every penny.

I think that the experience was amazing! The staff were great and even the photographer was very kind and informative. I would still recommend going here. Just don't even look at the photos package. They are around $200-400. I feel like they should make them around $35-75 dollars respectively and people would definitely buy the pictures. Make up for all of the No's that they get by volume. I mean, If you got 4/5 people to buy their photos for $75 you would be making more money than getting 1 out of 10 people. I read another review that you guys responded and said it was for schools and the environment. But maybe do some surveys or focus groups to see what people are willing to pay. People are willing to pay for something with value to them, not what they are told to pay. We all want dolphins to be preserved and their environment to be kept clean. Just some advice from someone who wants to see your business succeed. Honestly swimming with dolphins was amazing though! So if you go in with the mindset that you are just going to enjoy the moment, and don't even think about photos beforehand then you will be very pleased.

This place was amazing and the trainors were brilliant we had such a great time !! Only con is paying 350 dollad for all your pictures think it's very overpriced considering they are emailed to you ?
