Dolphins are wild animals, they are very unhappy in captive conditions where they cannot replicate their natural behaviors. There are kept in very small pools. Dolphins are highly intelligent mammals that deserve freedom, just like other living beings.

Really awesome place ! It is a small natural reserve, great introduction to the wild life. My 5 year old had the opportunity to experience his first dip with the dolphins there and he absolutely loved it ! The staff was extremely nice and caution with both his feelings and capabilities. He came there with a little bit of reserves...They made sure he had the best experience and we both got out of there with a smile. I recommend this place to anyone !

An amazing experience to swim with the dolphins. They are beautiful smart playful creatures and I fully recommend doing the private package so that you get more time and attention with the dolphins. Also get propelled out of the water! Awesome!

It was a fun experience swimming with dolphins, BUT buyer Beware of the ADDITIONAL HIDDEN price hikes on everything Especially if you want to purchase any of the pictures taken by the facility staff. They may cost more than your whole excursion ($250+) I chose to remember the event in my head. (This is unfortunately somewhat typical for many of the Outdoor events in Playa Del Carmen ?)

I want to give the biggest thank you to the entire staff! Everyone was so kind, helpful and patient making my dolphin proposal to my now fiancé go flawlessly. We pulled it off together! These memories will last a lifetime and we couldn’t be happier with the entire experience including all the fun leading up to and before the big moment.

We booked the "Supreme Primax Experience" (that has 18 activities with dolphins) and a transfer. The pickup is excellent/handy and I can recommend it. When we showed our tickets to the cashier the first thing she asked was if we want to do a dolphin pull (you hold the dolphin and it drags you in the water) for an extra $25,- per person. We thought that this package had everything but this was not the case, we did not want to pay the extra $25 so we declined. The cashier kept pushing for a while and we did not like that. The dolphin swim itself was nice and they take the time for you to spend time with the dolphins. The thing that we did not liked was the many times that the dolphins had to do the same things (waving, turning around splash etc) over and over again. we did like the free swimming time, that was very nice. After we finished we were brought to an television screen were you can watch the photo's/film that they made of your swim. The prices they ask for this are ridiculous, for 12 photo's you pay around $265,- and for everything plus an photo-book you pay over $400,-. Due the prices of the photo's and the pushing from the cashier to take extra activities it looses the magic a bit and you realize that this is a money machine and you wonder if the dolphins are here in a good place. We did more dolphin swims around the globe and you can sense when a dolphin is really interacting with you, unfortunately we did not feel it this time and we think it is because they have to do to much all the time and are perhaps a little bit stressed.

What a joy!!! I loved every second of this experience. Swimming with dolphins has long been a dream of mine and I’m so glad I did it!! The dolphins are wonderful. The trainers & photographers are wonderful!!!

They speak comforting words but it does not seem humane at all. The "lagoon" is basically a large pool, only 85% are born there contrary to what our concierge said. We bought a waterproof phone case at their shop that was not allowed to be used so we could spend almost $400 on their professional photographs ( we did not buy them). After we finished we waited 45 minutes for the next shuttle. The dolphins were beautiful though, the staff were very friendly. I would never go back and never recommend, my apologies!
