Love DI. We had Francisco as our sales person. He is very knowledgeable about the products they sell. We purchased a Crown of Light ring. I love this brand of diamonds. We cruise on Carnival and they stand behind Diamonds international. We WILL be back to the downtown Cozumel store. ❤❤❤?❤❤❤

Total rip-off. Started showing lower price items to my husband (not wearing a Rolex). Then when I walked over (after my husband had purchased a bracelet), they started showing us 100K+ items. When we got back to the boat and my husband brought the bracelet to the Royal Caribbean jewelry store to compare it - he realized how poor the quality was. We tried to rectify it on ship. Royal Caribbean would do nothing. We tried to return it to DI and they will do nothing. I am disputing the charge and sending the bracelet back. Do not go there, do not trust them, do not buy anything there. Subpar to say the least.

Was interesting, my wife and I bought some expensive items at another one of their stores and because I was wearing an expensive watch I was treated well. Here I didn’t wear my watch and was treated very poorly. Talked down to. I was lied to and the sales guy kept contradicting himself. Offers in one store vary in others and when challenged they deny it would be possible. Do not trust them at all. They lost $5000 + of business today DO NOT TRUST THEM

Purchased a large amount of jewelry at this store and was walked over to MoneyBack Mexico to apply for my large tax refund. They kept my refund from the Mexican Gov't and to this day (over a year later) there is no way of contacting Moneyback nor the store. They never answer emails or answer the phone(s) period. The whole thing is a scam.

I give them a a big fat ZERO!!!. They are a scam. They will lie to you to get your business. I bought a diamond there that is not worth anywhere near what I paid. I have reached out many times to reach an agreement or return it. We finally reached an agreement by email then they changed their mind. They are not worried about service after the sale. They are done with you. Do yourself a favor and keep on walking. Don't even stop. Legally, something should be done about this place.

I bought a ring less than 30 days ago for $18,900 in Cozumel, Mexico while on a cruise on Carnival. Was guaranteed it would appraise for that amount if not more. I had it appraised yesterday, 11/2/21 at my jewelers and it was ½ of that amount. Originally from the appraisal we were told it was worth $9k because the ring grade was a M. Final appraisal was bumped up to $12,979 on the high end. I want to return this ring, I feel like we were ripped off and depending on DI experts to be honest with us. We even had the “Shopper Expert”, CAM from Carnival come look at the diamond to see if it was a good deal.

My fiance' purchased jewelry for me from this location while we were on vacation on a Royal Carribean cruise, and our experience had been decent up until now. We are now finding out 2 years later that we were lied to about our agreement by the manager, in order for them to get a sale out of us. And basically the customer service for their credit card company says we are out of luck. Horrible customer service and not how you should treat people!! I will be filing a complaint with the corporate office. Wish I could give negative stars. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! It is NOT worth the head ache!!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION! 2 years ago while on vacation with my fiancee' I bought over $10k worth of jewelry from DI in Cozumel, Mexico. The jewelry was a great price, but the sales manager and representative misled me and were not honest about the agreement. I was told the manager would get me a special financing agreement (payments would be for 3 years) which is the only way I would agree to the financing, but it was actually only 2 years! I didn't realize that they put me on a 2 year agreement even though they promised me a 3 year agreement and DI customer service says I'm outside 90 days so they can't do anything about it. On top of that, my 2 years is up and they are now trying to make me pay an extra $2,000 in interest on top of the remaining balance, PLUS they are trying to stick me with and extra $5,000/mo in interest if I don't pay it in full immediately. Absolutely ridiculous! I am beyond furious! I was under the impression my payments for 3 years would have the jewelry paid off, but I am now feeling like I was lied to in order to get a quick sale. BUYERS BEWARE!! Read the bad reviews for this location before you think about purchasing here. I know I should have.
