I would like to say more but very bad attention to the citizen. They do not answer any of their lines and the website is outdated. Any government office.

Obviamente no es una institución perfecta, porque eso no existe, pero se esfuerzan por apoyar a quien lo necesita y dar oportunidades a la sociedad en cuanto al entorno familiar. El ambiente es bueno, aunque en ocasiones debes ser paciente para obtener tu turno, el personal es cordial.
The DIF in this city is efficient. Obviously it is not a perfect institution, because that does not exist, but they strive to support those who need it and give opportunities to society regarding the family environment. The atmosphere is good, although sometimes you have to be patient to get your turn, the staff is friendly.
