 Good service, if you buy by Amazon (Mx or USA) it is rare that they make you valid warranty. Services take time but it is the most reliable center.

Pero lamentablemente es un peregrinar que me atiendan por teléfono, me han dejado esperando entre 20-30 minutos más de 4 veces y las líneas nadie responde o suena descolgado el teléfono. Casi 3 semanas que dejé mi equipo en servicio y no me han dado diagnóstico aún.
Excellent in-person care the couple of times I have visited. But unfortunately it is a pilgrimage that they attend me by phone, they have left me waiting between 20-30 minutes more than 4 times and the lines no one answers or the phone rings off the hook. Almost 3 weeks that I left my equipment in service and I have not been diagnosed yet.

The DJI repair center is the closest official repair site for people who live in Central America. The attention by the technical engineers who work exceeds the standards.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the best customer service I've ever gotten in my life.
So my drone broken down twice, the first time is the gimbal came off due to too much movement in the checked luggage of my flight. I thought it's gonna be bad and cost a lot. But my man: Gabriel! He literally fixed it within an hour. AND he didn't charge me a single peso.
The second time I can't take off my drone due to update problems. He used his precious time to help me with it. He used different laptops, different phones, until in the end. He FIXED IT ALL, AGAIN. (Miguel, another great dude helped along the way as well.)
Later on he explained many things to me about the drone, when it comes to software, he is super patient and led me step by step.
AND AGAIN he didn't charged me anything.
I am literally moved.
So if you have a problem to fix, TRUST those guys, they are the best.
DJI, you guys hired the best employees. Give them a RAISE! haha.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thank you Miguel for the outstanding service! Not only was my drone fixed with hours,he even relaced one of my motor covers (Which I lost in a rough landing months ago) he also replaced my rusty screws, without asking and free of charge!
