 The service said 24 hours, we arrived at the airport and it was closed, we tried to contact them and they never answered, we had to pay for a taxi thinking that the next day we could solve it and they did not answer either

The Cancun office is very disorganized, I also arrived almost two hours after the agreed pick-up time and the car was not ready.

Great service. I had to rent a Renault car and its hydraulic steering was crooked, 3-cylinder engine (little power), but very useful.

Overall the car provided was great and ran with no issues. Keep in mind I am bilingual and speak Spanish proficiently.
The issue comes with being told we would be able to rent out a car for a few days for almost 5,500 pesos (~$268 USD) which wasn't bad. We were told we would be able to pay for the car at the end of the trip which was also fine. Our trip ends we come to return the car and they inform us the car has to be returned to a diff location (a bit annoying due to the fact they told me to return to this location). Workers didn't know where the location was and I had to drive around asking other car rentals where to go. Keep in mind on the invoice they only provide a general address to the airport. After 40 minutes we find the location, and they mention the new price of the car was about double, just over 11,110 pesos (~$542 USD).
Offered no explanation, other than that was the price agreed.
Triple check what the initial offer is, take photos of the car prior to leaving, and make sure to get the correct return location so you don't lose time driving around the airport.
