★ ★ ★ ★ ★ showed up 10 mins before my apt. 20 min later, I'm told their ready and I change into my robe. I make my way to the spring water treatment to be told it's being worked on. They didn't know this 20 min ago? They said its ok, I can use the sauna. NO! Thats not what I made an appt for! They lost what would have been a weekly client.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here last month for a massage and really enjoyed it! You were welcomed with a cup of tea and provided with slippers, a robe and your own locker. The massage option I chose included the thermal experience, which was refreshing. The massage itself targeted all parts of the body, which I loved. I decided to come back for a pedicure and enjoyed the experience. I upgraded to gel nail polish, which ended up doubling my cost however it was an experience. Gracias Sandra for welcoming me and responding to messages very quickly. Sesa for the massage and I forgot the name of the lady who did my pedicure pero muchas gracias!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The massage was wonderful 4/5 stars. The facial didn't do anything- my skin looked the same after even though I got a deep clean.
The candles and atmosphere are very nice, but the vibe isn't. It's noisy behind the doors and the energy is chaotic. Not somewhere where I could relax. The staff also kept getting the booking wrong. First the wrong day then the wrong number of people. I wouldn't go back here.
