★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food was horrible. Breakfast was the best meal. There is no beach at this resort!!!! The service during the day for drinks was so poor. The rooms are very nice but that is it!!! I’m happy we had beautiful weather. We traveled outside the resort a lot!!! I will never stay there again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don’t let the comments fool you, the resort is very nice. The food, service, staff, rooms are nice. I was kind of skeptical coming in here because of the reviews but we had an amazing time, the room was cleaned, food and drinks were good too. The best drinks were made by Homero (he’s in the pool bar on the adults side). I’m glad we came, we will be coming back for sure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed here with my husband and friends, the resort was awesome, the food was amazing and the workers were great & friendly!!! The hot dogs and pizza at the beach grill were outstanding & bar tenders were always there when you needed them! Rooms were cleaned twice a day, and we had fun activities and shows to do every night, this is hands down the best food I’ve had in a Mexico resort yet! Definitely worth a stay!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great food and fantastic beach. Can't comment on the rooms or the buffet. Drinks are good though. You don't have to wear arm bands which is nice ?. Staff was almost non existent when it came to taking your drink order though. Price was right though so I'll only take one star off

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had an amazing time. The whole staff was very accommodating and always smiling and happy And never seemed annoyed no matter what our requests were. The dreams entertainment team always have fun activities/sports for us every single day. Most the restaurants had very good food and wide variety like Italian and Japanese. The rooms were huge, modern and high ceilings. The water in the pool was warm so it wasn’t cold. And if you wanted real ocean water, they had a beach there also. I would definitely recommend for anyone and probably would come back again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing experience here! The resort staff are so friendly and professional. There was always an active for everyone going on everyday, never a dull day and the kids loved every minute of it and the fact they could go away and do kids stuff in the games space or just roam around the resort. Highly recommend! And the restaurants and unlimited cocktails were amazing. Would definitely stay here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went for a destination wedding for my friend and it was absolutely amazing. Being the first time out of the country, this place put me at ease! The staff is always super friendly and willing to help and make your stay the best it can be! It is both family friendly, family side pools and adult friendly (adult pool and swim up bar). 20 out of 10... that's how great it was! Plenty to do on resort, but they have excursions if you're looking for something more!
