Dreams Natura Resort & Spa - 77500 Cancún

First of all the layout is great. Lots to do on property. The staff was great. However it is out of the way and if you plan to go on excursions take that in consideration. We spent more time on buses than at excursion including an over four hour bus ride back to the property. If you plan to stay here just relax and enjoy the place.

Very good property with plenty of things to do. Water slide and lazy river are so much fun. Staff is friendly and helpful, yet professional. Food is good, Could be better. Beach is a bit turn down due to weeks, but resort staff keeps it clean as much possible. Performances in evening were really good. Really nice place overall ?

Where to start! We reserved our Two rooms last year and was told we would have a tropical view. They only offered two options at the time. But little did we know our rooms would be directly across from construction going on for another resort. We were asked what size beds we like when booking so we said 1 king and the other room double beds. We got double beds for both. And was told it depends on availability but we reserved last year and we’re asked! So why ask! Besides the construction view patio we also have to deal with the construction noise should we like to sit on the patio. We went to the front desk asked for manager and they wouldn’t let us speak to them and the only option was one floor lower to look at trees is what we were told. Only to find out they had rooms w private pools. We are finding this out after check in. Now that have our money of course there’s nothing they can do.

Excellent in every aspect. Facilities are new which shows and stands out. We had a Jr suite and it was clean, big in size and very comfortable. Staff is great, very friendly, attentive and asking ehat else can they help you with. Food is excellent, tasty, reasonable portion sizes and top notch quality. There’s 8 different restaurants with country specific food, a buffet and several bars to pick from. Bar service is amazing, friendly staff, quick and tasty drinks with great brands Resort feels very safe given that it’s 1km away from the main road, with 2 security checkpoints that require ID to get in. That leads to no people selling to you at the beach as they have no way to get in unless it’s through the ocean. All in all, I definitely recommend this hotel and would consider coming back.

It’s a small resort with 3 weddings a day that inconvenience all the other guests. All the restaurants were mainly closed and only place to eat was the buffet. Food was created for animals not humans. All the food was disgusting. Great place to go if you want to be on a diet by force(there is couple fruits you can eat). If you want to relax this is not the place because the weddings go on until 2am and every room at the resort is a rave. No swim up bar for regular guests and the one for the preferred was not serviced well. Mariana the manager is a liar and will swindle you in any way possible. Everyday around 4 they shut down half of the regular guests spaces for weddings. So if your kid wants to swim they can’t. The location of the resort is so bad you have no way of going out to get regular food unless you want to spend $80 on their cabs. The beach was disgusting and had more seaweed than any other resort. This resort has nothing for kids to do. Highly recommend not going to this resort. Boring resort and nothing good to offer. Don’t be fooled like us with the good reviews online those are their own people writing them.

I never take the time to review hotels but this one was so incredible I had to make the time. Upon arrival you know you will be treated well, they hand you a glass of champagne, clean off your luggage, check you in and give you the best recommendations for your time there. The restaurants are top tier, not one big resort taste but actual well cooked, well seasoned, prepared food. The views are beautiful, the staff friendly, and the weather (I went in October) was perfection. I don't think I will ever stay elsewhere when in Cancun.

This was such a nice resort, expectations were blown away food was FANTASTIC, service was Fantastic - Blanca the drink server at the adult pool was the best!! Ramon is the best wedding coordinator ever! and Fernando was the best photographer we could have hoped for. We had our wedding on Thursday at the property and everything was above and beyond. If I could give the resort 6 stars i would. I will be coming back to the resort, Rooms were fantastic, staff fantastic. Thank you again to everyone who works at the resort you went above and beyond.

The only reasons I did not give 5 stars: We we're only impressed with about half of the restaurants; tough to enjoy the beach due to the tons of seaweed. I'm not sure if this is specific to the time of year or year-round; also we were told upon check in that we would not be charged for our return COVID tests and were then charged for them AFTER they had already administered the tests. Pools, rooms, view, weather, entertainment were all great. A beautiful resort that is truly all-inclusive.
