My family and I just got back from an eight day trip to Cozumel, staying at the Iberostar. We were there primarily to dive and the on sight Dressel Dive shop was convenient and great to work with to set up dives. Nazareno the shop manager as well as the guides were fantastic. Lauren, Connie, & Jay definitely go above and beyond to make your dives memorable and safe. The boat crews were very attentive and friendly!

I can't begin to tell you HOW MUCH FUN we had with Dressel Divers! We did 12 dives and enjoyed so MANY of the Dive Masters. It had been 8 years since we've been diving together and everyone was so patient and POSITIVE.....and we had a BLAST! They truly were accommodating on every level. There was only one dive when I felt like there were too many people on the boat, but other than that, I learned SO much about the reef and the creatures and what to look for...... One dive master was SO good at finding the BIG things....like eels, shark, barracuda, turtles etc....and another dive master helped me to appreciate all the LITTLE things like blennies, garden eels, cleaner shrimp, drum fish, etc. Once I told the dive masters I was a Biology teacher, they would immediately look for me and show me EVERYTHING interesting that they could find during the dive. I felt like I learned SO much. After the dive, one divemaster even showed me the pics from his book on the boat to clarify identification of what we had seen during the dive. I LOVED that! The health of the reef looked amazing and the variety of coral colors was beyond belief! There were so many sea fans on one of our dives, I stopped counting. Several dives were planned such that instead of just "hanging there" for the 15ft safety stop and watching everything fly by way below...... we ended up on top of the reef and all we had to do was look at fish during the safety stop!!!! VERY COOL! The beauty of using Dressel Divers at this location, is that you are SO far south on the island and you are simply MINUTES away from the dive sites. It seemed like we'd get the quick briefing about what to expect from the dive....and then it was "hurry and suit up! We are almost there!" In-between dives, we were so close that we could go back to the main pier and rest, use bathrooms, and get drinks right from the resort where we started. VERY COOL. I always felt comfortable and safe. The captains of the boats and boat-mates were VERY helpful and made sure our entry and exit from the ocean was always just right. We had SO much fun!!! I'm already begging my husband (my dive buddy) to plan our next visit back!

I have dove at quite a few dive shops in quite a few different countries and I have to say this one does make you feel like they are running people through for their money as fast as possible. Me and my family ran into a few issues at this dive center from asking us to reschedule an excursion at 5:50pm the night before a 8am trip, to calling me my last day at the resort to say I never turned in my equipment from 3 days ago. They don't seem to be very organized, most dive centers I have gone to that are not on a resort are worlds apart as you can tell they do not rely on resort guests but make you want to dive with them again via their hospitality and attentiveness. Wildlife here is great however we did get to see sea turtles and some eagle rays.

I came to IberoStar in Cozumel with some friends to get my diving certification and the dive masters and staff at Dressel Divers were extraordinary! All the equipment was in great shape, the dive organization was exceptional, and the dive sites were spectacular! I can't say enough good things about my experience there, it made certification and the subsequent recreational dives truly a trip to remember! Highly recommend the night dives!

Just spent the last week at Dressel Divers and wow what a first class operation. We had Jordy, Ceci, and for Our night dive Santi joined us as well. They all deserve 10 stars or more if we can scale this up a bit!!! Jordy was with my part of the group and she found a seahorse, turtles, and so much more. She would be welcome to guide our groups again and again, THANK YOU JORDY

My wife and I recently got our Open Water dive certification at Dressel in Cozumel and we had a wonderful experience. In particular, Lauren, Jordi, and Tamara were absolutely phenomenal instructors and we couldn't have asked for anyone better. We're already talking about taking another trip.

This was an awesome trip. The staff was 100% awesome. Naza (Nazarene) and Pamela with Dressel Divers really went above and beyond if I could grade them higher then 100% I would. The dive masters were great and our dives were awesome. We saw a lot of under water creatures from many turtles, sharks, barracuda sting rays, eagle rays. An awesome time was had by all. We can’t wait to go back again.
