★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buen servicio. Llevaron la camioneta hasta el hotel y el personal fue amable. La camioneta en buen estado y limpia. La recolección fue tardada por asuntos de personal. Excelente trato, si lo recomiendo.
 Great service. They took the van to the hotel and the staff was friendly. The truck in good condition and clean. The collection was delayed due to personnel issues. Excellent treatment, if I recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was pleased with the service and with the car. They upgraded me to a sportier car with the same price as the compact. The car itself was very nice. The agents were very accommodating with me, because I had to change payment types in the middle of my rental period, and also I extended the period three times without additional fees or increased rates. They also offered the lowest deposit of all the rentals I called in town and allowed me to pay it in cash. Very happy and I'll definitely call them again next time I'm in town.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rented a car after arriving at PV airport (caution, it is quite a drive from the airport) .
Unfortunately, I had a bad experience upon return. There was a dispute on minor damage and they asked me to get fixed, which I did and they still charge me for full amount without taking account of the insurance that I paid for. Also, without my authorization, they put through more than discussed on my credit card which I had to get credited back from visa.
Not happy and would not use again.
