★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El Cardenal has perfected many dishes, especially the enchiladas and Huaraches. They also bring these little bollitos that are a pure joy to dip into the sauces that adorn each plate. I will definitely return and try their barbacoa, which wasn't on the menu, but I heard was served in other occasions. I had my Huaraches with costilla, and I couldn't be more satisfied.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The venue was ok, the other locations are nicer but the service was great, friendly and efficient. Loved the cecina with enchiladas. The tangerine juice was tasty too. A nice spot for breakfast in the Napoles neighborhood.
