We ordered the 10 piece package but never received our pop or the tortillas until we asked for them upon leaving when it was evident by what we were charged that we did indeed pay for them. It should not have been an issue since you can only order packages differing in the amount of chicken pieces. The sides all remain the same.

The paquetes are sized right, and the accompanying sides are tasty.
But the star of the show is the fried chicken: It's crispy, it's juicy, it's hot, and it's got just the right amount of coating.
I'm told they deliver but honestly, I usually just drop in and pick up the order. Never have to wait, and the staff is always courteous and friendly.
Highly Recommended.
