★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Joaquin is the best leasing agent I have worked with. He is prompt works hard to find the right place. Always available if you have a problem. I would always go to a leasing agent before I book online. you get great service. Joaquin is the best I have worked with and I have been coming to PV for 25 years. I know a lot of owners are using airb&b or VRBO but I find them difficult. Either you can’t see the address till you pay. You can’t ask the host questions till you book. Refund polices on 1 of them is rough. My friend book through 1 of them when he got there is was a garage with a toilet.
