Don't go to this place unless you want to be scammed. We arrived yesterday with a paid reservation for 3 rooms. At the reception they had listed the 3 rooms but they had only 1 available. They put you as an excuse that the page you booked for does not check availability with them. LIE! They knew perfectly well that we were arriving and they were never interested in giving notice of the problem in advance. In our case it was with Expedia, but behind us others arrived who had booked with Booking and gave the same excuse. A separate paragraph deserves the receptionist (I don't know the name but she was working yesterday 01/07/22 until 2:00 pm). Disrespectful, rude, and zero empathic to help us resolve the situation. At one point he chose not to answer us any more and ignore us. As cheap as it may seem, do not go there. It is very likely that the holidays will start with no place to sleep.

Really a waste of time and DETESTABLE attention from the receptionist. He canceled a paid reservation for us for 10 days in 3 rooms and never gave us advance notice, nor did he have the "intention or concern" to help us look for other options, nor did he apologize for the bad timing. As much as it has a good location and is cheap, do not take it into account.

Too bad, we didn't get to stay because they canceled our reservation. And I could not believe the attention of the reception, totally carefree they never gave us a solution. We had to go out to find another place not to sleep on the street. We were a large group with a pregnant woman and two little ones. We arrived Tired and hoped to rest in the accommodation that we had reserved 4 months before, having been informed that the flight had been delayed and that we were going to arrive later, they told us that they were waiting for us and when we arrived they had canceled everything. A shame. Do not book there or by booking.
