★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio. En el sitio web dice que el horario para Información General es de 9 a 4 pm. Por días estuve tratando de comunicarme por teléfono para obtener la información y nunca me contestaron. Al fin decidí viajar a la CDMX para preguntar directamente, llegué a las 12:26 y me dijeron que ya no podía pasar porque el trámite de visa era hasta las 12 pm. Les expliqué que yo no venía a tramitar una visa y aún así no me dejaron pasar y no me respondieron ninguna pregunta. El vigilante de la entrada fue muy grosero y prepotente.
 Terrible service. On the website it says that the schedule for General Information is from 9 to 4 pm. For days I was trying to communicate by phone to get the information and they never answered me. Finally I decided to travel to Mexico City to ask directly, I arrived at 12:26 and they told me that I could not pass because the visa process was until 12 pm. I explained that I did not come to process a visa and they still did not let me pass and did not answer any questions. The gatekeeper was very rude and arrogant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si muy amables pero no te dicen nada cuando tramitas una cuarentena de 7 días en Bangkok cuando en realidad te la pudiste haber ahorrado y ahora estoy encerrado en un hotel al otro lado de mundo por 7 días. Y me lo pude haber ahorrado y no me dijeron nada!!! Ademas cierran la embajada sin ninguna razón y te hacen sufrir por los días hábiles del tramite.
Yes, very kind, but they don't tell you anything when you process a 7-day quarantine in Bangkok when in reality you could have saved it and now I'm locked up in a hotel on the other side of the world for 7 days. And I could have saved it and they didn't tell me anything!!! They also close the embassy for no reason and make you suffer for the business days of the process.
