★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Contratamos a esta empresa para trasladar a mi paciente de Culiacán a México, quedaron de llegar a cierta hora y llegaron 3 horas tarde.Ya cuando estábamos arriba del avión, el avión se descompuso y un motor no arranco.Tuvimos que regresarnos al hospital para ver que solución nos daban.Ya no queríamos usar el servicio pues el avión se veía muy viejo y maltratados al solicitar nuestro reembolso nos lo negaron diciendo que el avión no era de ellos,que ellos a su vez lo habían rentado a otra empresa.Finalmente volamos con ellos después de varias horas. Pésimo servicio al cliente. Al indagar mas nos dimos cuenta que son una empresa de ambulancias terrestres que efectivamente rentan taxis aéreos para hacer los vuelos.Nada recomendables
We hired this company to transfer my patient from Culiacán to Mexico, they were late arriving and arrived 3 hours late. Already when we were on the plane, the plane broke down and an engine did not start. We had to return to the hospital to see what solution they gave us. We no longer wanted to use the service because the plane looked very old and mistreated when requesting our reimbursement. They denied it to us by saying that the plane was not theirs, that they in turn had rented it to another company. with them after several hours. Terrible customer service. When we investigated further we realized that they are a company of ground ambulances that effectively rent air taxis to make the flights.
