★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice hotel right on the beach with a fabulous view of the Pier. Rooms were comfortable and the staff is very friendly and efficient. Fixtures are a bit dated, the pipes rattle sometimes and there were no glasses or cups in the room. It is a great place for the money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reception are very nice and helpful. My room, adequate but definitely older side. A/C functioned perfectly and it was much needed.
Their beach situation is a little bit weird, you have to go thru Si Señor restaurant which they dont own and you are “allowed” to sit at the beach tables without consuming but as everything like that it gets weird.
Overall, for a good price, I would stay again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is fantastic. Walking into the Emperardor was unbelievable, the staff were lovely. A breath of fresh air. It's right on the beach, a fantastic one! The rooms are incredibly clean. Room with a kitchenette outside on the balcony. Lovely quiet area yet close to the markets. It really is idyllic. Really look at the location of this, plus their photos are genuine.VERY cheap for what you get. Nearby places were stupid money and a street off the beach. Plus it's well away from people constantly begging you to buy their rubbish. Which is constant further up to the 'Romantic Zone'.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great simple and quaint, the best location for our vacation since the beach, food, and all the fun of Puerto Vallarta are all within walking distance. I absolutely love this hotel and would stay again in a heartbeat ❤️

The hotel itself has some character & could use some love, but they're definitely doing great with what they've got. I would love to go back, like right now. ??❤️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place made you feel like family. Victor was 10/10 booking us in and welcoming us! A little older hotel but very clean - kitchenette has adequate supplies but whatever else you need they seem to get for you!. Daily service included super cute towel animals for us which was a really special touch! We had the junior suite ocean view and we will definitely stay here again! Safe place to walk and enjoy the area.
