My stay has been one of the best in my life, the hotel is very elegant and has totally tulum vibes, the food is delicious and the chef gives it a special touch. I had no energy problems, I just think that the gym needs to be equipped. fully recommended

Loved this place, such a vibe ?? Staff were awesome! If you see this, you know who you all are. Thank you. Such a good location too, 5 minutes and you’re at the beach. What id highly recommend is renting one of their scooters, works out $50 a day but trust me, you’ll end up saving so much because taxi’s out there are a joke with a very high chance of being scammed an obscene amount of money (happened twice to me). So all in all, love this place!! Highly recommend staying here ???

It was the worst decision ever to stay in this hotel. Empty promises and no one is taking care of you. I advise everyone not to stay at this hotel. They attract with nice photos and acceptable prices. The truth is, the hotel is at most a 2 star hotel and the staff has nothing under control. Several employees promised a refund for days and nights without energy and water via whatsapp messages until the day they stopped answering. A absolute shame!

It was a great decision to stay at this hotel despite reading some of the reviews which made us a little bit hesitant to book. First off all we arrived and were immediately greeted by welcome drinks in the beautiful lobby. They checked us into the room immediately, which was fully furnished. We had a refrigerator, microwave and everything we needed. Its almost like a small AIRBNB rather than a hotel room. Our room was facing the beautiful pool and lounge outside and we got a very nice breathe every night. The property is gorgeous and its completely tranquil and relaxing. We messaged via whatsapp for anything that we needed and got a very fast response from the front desk. The manager who runs this property was extremely pleasant and was always attentive. The property is nice and its literally 5 minutes drive from strip. The only bad thing is that there is nothing directly next to the property. If you’re looking for a bargain and to be slightly away from the strip this is a great value, clean, nice, and affordable. Highly recommend it, we would stay there again.

Such a beautiful hotel in a great location! We were within 10 minutes of the beach and downtown by car. The staff was genuinely happy to help with anything to make our stay more comfortable, but being comfortable was easy enough with such gorgeous settings. We spent lots of time lounging by the pool, and enjoying the views from our terrace and we feel so refreshed! We can’t wait to return as soon as possible!

Brand new hotel 5 min away from the beach strip. My husband and I had a great experience - we rented out a 2 floor suite with a pool view. We loved the pool area and garden, it’s quite and peaceful unlike the beach strip, that’s always crowded and very loud. Taxi to the strip will cost you around 400-500 pesos but that’s the price to move around the strip, even if you’re staying right on the beach. What’s great is Esplendor suites have a kitchen so you can cook for your family if needed. Brand new rooms, equipped with air con, smart TV and microwave. Will definitely come here again next year!

The hotel is absolutely beautiful. It follows the same Tulum vibe (natural, plants everywhere, super cute) but with a clean and modern feel. The balconies allow you to enjoy the Tulum mornings and nights (the light pollution is really low, allowing you to vividly see the stars at night). The main pool was really elegant, and the smaller rooftop pools were great places to unwind at the end of the day. Also, this hotel has free, easy parking and A/C which is hard to find in Tulum. Additionally, the staff was incredible. From entering the hotel to leaving, they gave us their best care. Mauricio and Chef Davido were especially helpful, kind, and gave excellent service. They felt like family by the time we left (5 day trip). While the hotel is still working through some kinks (there was a power/water issue that spanned across several hours), which is why we were able to get a steep discount on the rooms upon booking. When we came across an issue, the staff would act immediately and apologize for the issues. They went above and beyond to ensure that we had all our needs met and were comfortable. We had a great experience at this hotel thanks to the superior service from the hotel staff.

Overall this place has so much potential but it's being ruined by the hotel manager. Pros: - Modern and clean rooms - Service staff aside from the Hotel Manager was great, especially Augusto who helped us with everything after getting robbed by a Hotel staff member (see below). Cons: - Safety is a huge concern. One of the hotel staff accessed our room and locked safe using a master key and stole our cash on the second night. Our room was one of two rooms broken into with the same thing happening to the other room. - Despite knowing who accessed our room using the master key and from the security cameras, the hotel manager refused to take any responsibility saying the safe was not physically broken into. He didn't even offer an apology, so I question if he was in on it (other room broken into had a significant amount of cash stolen as the individual was working there and stored his earnings in the room's safe) - After wasting a whole day arguing with the hotel manager on getting refunded for the remaining days, he finally agreed but only after we involved the police because he didn't want to file a report and wanted to 'deal' with it internally. - The amount refunded charged us for an extra day despite the hotel manager saying he'd only charge us for 2 nights after we had to waste a whole day dealing with the break-in. - Wyndham the hotel operators gave us the run around and finally just referred us to a different head office in Mexico to 'resolve' the issue, which we never heard back from ultimately - Location is not convenient for walking to either downtown or the beach (roads to both do not have a sidewalk or lighting at night). Although they did offer free shuttles, the timing for both are inconvenient if you want to spend more time in either location, so be prepared to pay at least $30+ each day for expensive taxis. They also offered rentals for bikes and scooters that were far more expensive compared elsewhere in town or at other hotels. This place could have been great and probably should be managed by Augusto who understands how to treat guests properly. Our experience could have been even worse if it weren't for his kindness and helping us deal with the hotel manager.
