There's a big board next to the pumps warning customers not to give pin number to employees, and with a phone number to report issues with service. For a good reason. We got charged 25% more for a tank of gas than last time we tanked the car elsewhere.

They literally stole my money!!!!! We had half tank empty in a regular Aveo, they charge me 880 mxn to leave the tank full, when I knew the cost of half of the tank was around 500 mxn! So they stole 300 mxn fron me changing the number in the machine. All because they realize we weren't locals. I hope the person that was in change the 12th of August around 4 to 5 pm, gets fired!!!! You make a bad name for the Pemex company, shame on you!!! If you are a foreigner do not stop there!!!!! If the manager sees this you can look in the cameras for a car without license plate.

Take the next station guys. shaddiest Pemex i’ve ever used. Gave a 20$ equivalent to receive a 1/8 on a Nissan March/Micra ?. Money appears on the counter but not the litters…

Almost got scammed today, first said they only can accept cash, then when I didn’t have enough cash then all of a sudden they accepted credit cards? Then he said that he accidentally put $330 pesos of supreme gas (when I clearly asked for a regular fill) and then put the rest in regular gas. But as I only filled up a few days ago I knew what the fill cost of regular was approx $865 pesos. So when he charged me $863 pesos for regular and then $330 for supreme, I knew he was trying a scam. Paid the $865 and said I am not paying the $330 as the car only takes $860 in gas and left. DO NOT GET GAS HERE EVER.

LOL nice try for a scam, appreciate the effort. One guy happily shows you that the pump counter is at 0, then another one tries to engage in a conversation to distract you while the counter gets magically set again to the previous amount. Just remember to keep looking at the pump counter and tell them politely that it's not starting at 0. They will sob a bit, pretend that the counter sometimes does not work, and then will reset it. Pay with bills, tell them the value of each while handing them, make eye contact, leave.

Be CAREFUL! They are cheating on a wide scale it seems… first they told us we can’t pay by credit card, than for 1/4 of the tank the distributor displayed 650 pesos, when we said it’s not possible and asked to show the amount in liters of fuel they said “oh pesos! “ and changed the display to 300… after when we gave 500 passes the guy changed it quickly to 50 and demand more money!! When we said no, the other guy (pretending the misunderstanding is due to English language) gave us back the 200 pesos?‍♀️ if I would know Spanish I would call the police!! Really someone should.

If you don't look like a local, they will exchange a 500$ for 20$ and tell you you didn't give them enough. Also they'll start the counter at 500ish while they distract you, then give you back not enough change. If you like being triple scammed this is the station for you.

Read the reviews below and don't go here unless you are filming your interaction with them to prove what you pay for. They will try to scam every customer. We paid 1500 in 3x 500 bills, but they quickly swapped one of the 500s for a 20 bill and told us it wasn't enough. We were mixed up and gave them another 500 only to later realize we were scammed.
