Terrible service, people who lower your car treat it with their feet, literally! There is no order in the delivery of vehicles. First and last time I come.

Les comente q tenia corta corriente al llegar y les di detalles y el tipo no puso mucha atención, cuando pase a por mi auto tardaron mas de 20 minutos y entonces bajo asustado y y dice que no puede encenderla... me permitieron subir. y mi pila estaba descargada, y obvio el tipo en vez de preguntar en caso de que no recordara como era la maña del cortacorriente el forzo encenderla por 20 minutos.. la manija del.parkin estaba atascada... exigi lo compusieran pero dijeron q no era su resposabilidad.. desatoraron el parkin " el cual ya no funciona" eso lo note al llegar a mi domicilio.. por cierto.. intentaron cargar mi auto con el auto de otro cliente y sin la precaución ni conocimiento de como cargarla.. NO CONFIEN... al menos la persona que estaciono mi auto sin una gota de etica pesimo .. tuve q subir y no saben como tratan los autos varios de los valet parkin.. CARE .. do not take risks !!!!!!!!!! terrible service. The only good thing is the location. I told them that I had a short power when I arrived and gave them details and the guy did not pay much attention, when I passed by my car it took more than 20 minutes and then I got scared and said he could not turn it on ... they allowed me to go up. and my battery was discharged, and obviously the guy instead of asking in case he didn't remember what the trickle of the power cutter was like was forced to turn it on for 20 minutes ... the park's handle was stuck ... I demanded to compose it but they said that it was not his responsibility .. they untied the parkin "which no longer works" that I noticed when I arrived at my home .. by the way .. they tried to load my car with another customer's car and without the precaution or knowledge of how to load it. THEY DON'T TRUST ... at least the person who parked my car without a drop of pessimistic ethics ... I had to get on and they don't know how several cars of the valet parkin are treated ...

Yo llegué a pedir mi carro y bajaron 3 vehiculos antes del mío de personas que llegaron después de mi, se estaban tomando su lindo tiempo para ver que se robaban. Por suerte no tenía pertenencias de importancia adentro, revolvieron un maletin que estaba en el carro y todo mis recibos de que tenía en un porta vasos cerrado. Don't park here, the valet sculpts your car to see that it can be stolen. I got to ask for my car and 3 vehicles were lowered before mine of people who arrived after me, they were taking their beautiful time to see that they were stolen. Luckily I had no important belongings inside, they scrambled a briefcase that was in the car and all my receipts that I had in a closed cup holder.

Les tomo poco más de 30 min darme mi carro y en el rato que espere escuché puras reclamaciones desde el echo de que rayaron un carro hasta que a una persona le faltaban artículos de valor, tardan demaciado y todo de mala gana Lousy lousy lousy service !!! C	Carlos Ramírez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tuvieron un percance con mi vehículo el estacionamiento me dió la razón (gracias a las cámaras ) son honestos pero al no contar con seguro ellos repararon el daño. No recomiendo el estacionamiento por no contar con seguro y hacerse responsables "a medias" cuando pasa un accidente. They had a mishap with my vehicle, the parking lot agreed with me (thanks to the cameras) they are honest but by not having insurance they repaired the damage. I do not recommend parking for not having insurance and taking responsibility "half" when an accident happens.
